lilly learning to walk

It has been a lot of fun watching Lulu walk. She chases me all the time and wants to wrestle with me a lot. We also had a lot of fun at the neighbors pool. Lilly really liked the dirt. That's YUCKY!

On Sunday, Mommy heard a little birdie outside the window. It was really making a lot of chirping noises and so she thought it must be hurt. She had Daddy look for it on top of the roof and all around, but no luck. She kept searching and found it in our little bushes out front. Isn't he so cute. Look at his little fuzz. The mommy and daddy bird were around; we could hear them calling to it. I went and watched it after it flew into the neighbors yard. He was under the car. Lulu came to and we enjoyed it a lot.

Mommy didn't actually video the birdie flying, but I saw it fly and I tried to follow it. Mommy said I couldn't touch it, but I really wanted to hold it in my hand. I wanted to kiss it, but Mommy wouldn't let me.

Can I take him home with me?

The Strawberry Days Carnival

On Wednesday we went to the Strawberry Days Carnival and had a very fun time. The rides only cost one dollar so we bought some tickets and had a lot of fun.

Here Lilly is eating an OtterPop that Mommy packed with us because it was really hot and we needed something to cool down.
Here I am on a train ride. I had a lot of fun. I didn't get to sit up front with the bell, but I still had a good time.
Here is Mommy and Lilly going down the big slide. Lilly liked it until the very bottom then she got really scared, and cried. I went down the big slide too and had a very good time.
My favorite ride was the Big MONSTER trucks. I had a lot of fun steering the truck, and the ride went for a long time.
Lilly enjoyed the Carousel the most. She had a fun time going up and down on the horses.

I had a lot of fun with Daddy on the Dragon ride. It went very fast and was a little jerky. I even bumped my head at the very beginning, but I was such a big boy that I didn't even cry. I had a lot of fun and you can see me waving at Mommy and Lilly Lulu.

Our blossoming flower turns ONE

Happy birthday Lulu :) We had a fun time celebrating Lulu's birthday. Mommy, Daddy and I made the cake. I really enjoyed the decorating part and eating the frosting.
Here is the BEAUTIFUL butterfly. THe only thing that is missing is the flower. Well, I guess not really, because Lulu was there and her name means blossoming flower. :)
I helped open the presents.

Grandma and Grandpa came over to help us celebrate. :)

Here is Lulu eating her cake so nicely with a spoon. Mommy and Daddy really wanted her to shove it in her face, but she was very good about using the spoon.

She still was pretty mess, even when she used her spoon. Look at her cake/frosting beard and mustache. She really liked her cake!
